for the first 20-30 minutes
- The players start by making long passes (group in groups of 3 or 4). There are therefore several groups passing each other over a distance of approximately 50/60M while the others arrive. Arriving players must join one of the groups [APPROXIMATELY 5 TO 10 MINUTES]
- In a circle: Warming up ankle knee cervical. Finish with 30 to 50 seconds of core training [3 MINUTES]
- In lines with blocks: Buttocks heels, knee lifts, kicks [3 MINUTES]
- In lines with blocks: Small workshop with 2 attackers against 1 defender then 3 attackers against 1 defenders then 2 defenders (help them understand how to play in spaces especially, fix the defenders and play after contact) [10 MINUTES]
